Introduction
Welcome to Hatthyllan. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all customers who place an order with us via www.hatthyllan.se. The buyer is obliged to take note of the conditions before purchase. When ordering, the buyer accepts these General Terms and Conditions. Hatthyllan Malmö AB reserves the right to change our General Terms and Conditions.
1. General .
Orders
Before completing and paying for an order, you can review your order and make changes. You are only bound to your order when you approve it and our terms and conditions at checkout. Hatthyllan Malmö AB reserves the right to limit and/or cancel an order.
Payment
Hatthyllan Malmö AB accepts payment via Klarna, card payments via MasterCard, VISA and American Express. The total amount for order value, shipping and any other costs is checked and deducted from your account when you approve your order.
Order confirmation
A digital order confirmation is sent to the specified e-mail address when you have completed your purchase. This is a receipt/payment document for your purchase in the web shop.
Change of order
When you have completed a purchase and received an order confirmation, we will start processing the order in our system and in our warehouse. Once the package has left the warehouse, there is no possibility to change your order. Shredded orders
Orders cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received by us and your order has been shipped. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved for you and are available to other customers at the same time. However, on occasions where it appears that a product is reserved in your shopping cart, this should not be seen as a guarantee and the product can still be sold to someone else. We reserve the right that products may have sold out even if your order has gone through. Your order is not confirmed until you have received your delivery confirmation email.
Price error
In the event of any price errors, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel the order.
2. Shipping & Delivery
All goods are sent with DB Schenker to your nearest agent based on the address given at checkout. Your order is processed within 2-7 days with some exceptions. Hatthyllan Malmö AB takes no responsibility for any delays caused by customs. If a delivery is delayed or cannot be sent due to stock balance or other reasons, the customer will be informed of this as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the order is placed. The customer may then cancel the order and/or be refunded at no extra cost.
Shipping cost
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of SEK 49 for purchases under SEK 1,000. For orders over SEK 1000, shipping is free.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is 2-7 working days unless otherwise stated.
Unclaimed packages
You have 14 days to collect your packages. Hatthyllan Malmö AB is not responsible for packages that are not picked up and we charged a fee of SEK 300 for return shipping and administrative costs.
3. Payments
You can pay with the following means:

All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. Hatthyllan Malmö reserves the right to check the validity of the card, that there is coverage and that the address information entered by the buyer is correct. Hatthyllan Malmö AB reserves the right to refuse purchase.
4. Exchanges and returns
You have the right to cancel your purchase against a valid receipt within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. Product must be returned in salable condition in original packaging and with all hang tags. All returned goods are sent back together with a completed return slip. Unidentified items returned may be denied a refund. Returns that are damaged, dirty, washed or worn are not accepted. Hatthyllan Malmö is not responsible for return shipping, but charges SEK 59, which is deducted from the refund. The item must be sent in the same or similar carton in which the item was delivered via DB Schenker, which you hand in to your agent. You can also return or exchange your goods in our physical store at Davidshallstorg 1, 211 45 Malmö.
5. Complaint
If you discover a production fault, the goods can be claimed against a valid receipt or proof of payment. Product damaged as a result of wear and tear is not considered faulty. If you wish to exchange the faulty product, we can exchange it for a similar item subject to availability. If possible, we offer to repair defective products. If it cannot be repaired or the product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping and return costs. Before a product can be complained about, customer service must be contacted to handle the case: info@hatthyllan.se . Most often, a picture and explanation of what is defective is needed. In the event of approved complaints, we will send a return slip to your email address. The item must be sent in the same or similar carton in which the item was delivered via DB Schenker, which you hand in to your agent. You can also return, exchange or claim your goods in our physical store at Davidshallstorg 1, 211 45 Malmö.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are made via the same payment method as for purchase. Please note that it may take up to 14 banking days after an approved return before the money is found in your account.
Applicable law
These conditions and any disputes that arise in connection with the conditions when using the website, or with purchases on the website, are governed by Swedish law. Hatthyllan Malmö AB can modify or change these terms and conditions. You are therefore requested to save the conditions you accept at the time of purchase of your order.
Possession of rights
All rights, including copyright of www.hatthyllan.se, remain with Hatthyllan Malmö AB. Any use of this website or its content, including copying other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
