You have the right to cancel your purchase against a valid receipt within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. The product must be returned in resalable condition in the original packaging and with all tags and labels attached. All returned goods must be sent back together with a fully completed return form. Unidentified items returned may be refused a refund. Returns that are used, damaged, dirty, washed or worn will not be accepted.
For exchanges and returns, use the prepaid return form. The item must be sent in the same or similar carton that the item was delivered in via DB Schenker, which you hand in to your agent. You can also return or exchange your items in our physical store at Davidshallstorg 1, 21145 Malmö.

Return shipping: 59kr ( The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund)
Exchanges: 108 SEK (59 SEK return shipping and 49 SEK shipping. An invoice will be sent for the amount)
Complaints
If you discover a manufacturing defect, the goods can be claimed against a valid receipt or proof of payment. Products that have been damaged due to wear and tear are not considered defective. If you wish to exchange the defective product, we can exchange it for a similar product subject to availability. If the product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping and return costs. Always contact us first, and then return the defective product to our return address below.
